What is fast dry carpet cleaning?
Fast dry carpet cleaning is truckmount hot water extraction ( steam cleaning) that uses the most advanced vacuum system balanced with sanitizing hot water on the market today.
Is this the same as other truckmounts on the market?
No, most truckmounts on the market today have air cooled blowers (vacuums), we use water cooled blowers that can operate at much higher lift ratings (vacuum).
What is the typical dry time?
Fast Dry Service 1-6 hours with light to medium soiling. Heavy soiling, restorative, revitalizing, and carpet protector can add additional dry time.
Our Dry in an hour service is for our customers who require the use of their rooms right away.
Can you clean high rise condo’s or commercial buildings.
We can clean high rise residential condo’s or high rise commercial buildings with our truck mount hot water extraction service, however it is usually more practical to use our portable steam cleaning and/or our encapsulation cleaning process for high rise residential condo’s, and for high rise commercial buildings we usually recommend our encapsulation cleaning process. Unfortunately the portable steam cleaning units are not considered a fast dry cleaning process, we do make sure we use less water and perform additional vacuuming where necessary to ensure the shortest possible dry times with the portable cleaning.
Medium rise buildings 3-5 stories we can provide our truck mount service. For above the 5th floor we recommend partnering with neighbours to have us schedule on same day if you want our truck mount service.
