Restorative Carpet Cleaning
What is restorative carpet cleaning? Good question, simply it is one of the principles of cleaning, agitation. In most cases hot water extraction (steam cleaning) with good cleaning agents will remove the soil from the fibre. Due to time, environmental soiling, heavy use, or neglect the carpets are soiled beyond using cleaning agents and rinsing only. Restorative cleaning can be performed on commercial carpets, residential, piled or looped carpets. We have available several agitation machines for different carpet types.
What is revitalizing? Revitalizing is a form of agitation we use on residential cut pile nylon and some polyester carpets when carpets are light to moderate soiling which all the cleaning in the world with a wand will not clean. This is usually after approximately 5 years of use. Even regular agitation will not compare to revitalizing. The difference is combining the right cleaning agent, agitation, heat, and extraction at one time. This can only be accomplished with rotovac, there other machines that are similar, however the other machines do not trap the heat like the rotovac does.
