We have tried several products over the years, many products work very well,    we believe ultraseal to be the best for stain protection so much, we put our own 1 year guarantee from original date of application.   If you  have a spill you are unable to remove,  simply call us,  there is $59.00 plus gst service fee per incident (half of our regular fee).  This fabric protector is so good in most cases a simple extraction with only water is required.  If by chance we are unable to remove the spill we will not charge you the incident fee and we will refund your money on the protector.  You can’t lose!!!
